"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I can't believe I forgot about my deviantART account! That's cool though, I'm starting to work on graphics again, but I'll have to wait until I get a new hard drive so I can have the space to do what I like to do.
Aww. Well, I have CS 2. It's my buddy. My two favorite programs right now are my photoshop and dreamweaver. We all know my least favorite is flash. Death to flash!!!!!!
I'm looking forward to getting CS2 when I get the money for it. Gotta focus on college and car as well, so it'll be awhile. I'll just have to wait to check the brushes.
As for Flash, look at it somewhat like Photoshop. The layers work similar.
Begin random tip\ For a simple animation with blinking eyes, make a .gif of eyes blinking and place those properly with the face. So now when you have the eyes moving with the face, that's one less constant animation for you to do since it's already a looped .gif image. /end random tip
